The ambitious startup launched by Munich Re publishes comprehensive climate risk analysis and predictive damage assessments to help target proactive investment and manage risk. They needed DOOR3 to help with its execution.

Munich Re collaborated with DOOR3 and other vendors to prototype Rescentric. This partnership led to the development of a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) that automated climate damage reports, highlighting the necessity for a scalable, secure solution.
DOOR3 created a user-friendly platform where firms could easily access climate risk assessments and mitigation advice by inputting property details, leveraging both public and private data sources.
DOOR3 and Munich Re co-developed Rescentric, utilizing a Lean/Agile methodology. This collaborative effort focused on integrating diverse data into a coherent risk analysis tool, emphasizing user experience and market viability.
