Alex Asianov co-founded DOOR3 in 2002 and currently serves as President.  He brings nearly 20 years of expertise in operations management and analysis including business process engineering, systems architecture and integration, and project management of globally distributed software delivery.  

Year by year, he has helped build DOOR3 into a boutique consulting firm focused on strategy, excellence in technology and user experience design, and ever-increasing client relationship development. Alex has worked as DOOR3's executive strategic lead for Morgan Stanley Smith Barney, Press Ganey, Fresh Direct, Bowne (RR Donnelly) and the Community Preservation Corporation ,amongst many others, driving operational strategy, user experience design and enterprise architecture in support of operations.

He led the mobilility strategy and architecture for Morgan Stanley Smith Barney's integration of workbench applications into mobile delivery across RIM, Android, and iOS.  He is also the executive project lead for ongoing mobile application development and support for FreshDirect.  As the leader of the strategy practice, Alex is keenly attuned to the value of user experience for application adoption and success. He has offered enterprise-level excellence in user-centric digital and operational strategy, cross-platform user experience design (UX), application development, systems integration and maintenance and support to ensure lasting success.

Prior to founding DOOR3, Alex worked as an enterprise architect and technology strategist for Sapient Corporation, SG Cowen, the Bank of New York, and ICSC delivering high-performance/high-volume trading systems and counterparty communication systems.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Vassar College.
