Congratulations, Drupal!

On this day in 2001, Drupal was born and hasn’t looked back since. It all started with an idea in a college dorm room and is now one of the most vibrant open source communities in the world.

DOOR3 has been a member of The Drupal Community for over ten years now, and it is the people of this community who inspire us, intrigue us, challenge us, and keep us coming back for more. We're excited about the launch of Drupal 8.0 and look forward to another incredible year of development! Happy Birthday Drupal!

“It’s never too late to start contributing to Drupal. Find your nearest camp or meetup and start making Drupal better: There’s a job for everybody,” says Antonio Estevez, Associate Director of Engineering/Senior Drupal Developer at DOOR3.

The next big event to contribute to Drupal (after this weekend) is the Drupal Dev Days that is going to take place in Montpellier (France) from the 13th to the 19th of April.

Registrations are not open yet but we are already looking for speakers and sponsors. The call for papers will close at the end of January then the public consultations will last for about a week. Don't miss your chance to talk in front of the best attendees in the world!

With love,
The frog team
