SOLUTION
Siemens Financial Services knew that their Web site wasn't organized around client needs, but that it instead mirrored the internal structure of the organization. They turned to DOOR3 to evaluate their Web content and look for ways to make it more effective, responsive, and useful.
DOOR3 began by talking with the Siemens team to better understand the site and where it might be falling short, and to determine how the site might be maintained and how it might grow in the future. DOOR3 then conducted an exhaustive review of the existing content, and drawing on a deep background in financial services content, built a new structure focused on usability and utility.
